KELSEY+JEFF ~ Spring-time Engagement Session

Ok, I just had to post these photos right away! Such a cute engagement session by The Youngrens!! Kelsey and Jeff’s love blossomed in Seattle Washington, where they met at the University of Washington. And what better place to take your engagement photos, then at the spot where you first found love…under the gorgeous blooming cherry blossoms, of course! This beautiful and (Very Stylish, might I add!) couple will wed this Fall at the Hotel Del Coronado.  Even their sweet Golden Retriever, Fletcher, got to make his sweet debut with our fun-loving couple!

We are so excited to be assisting them in all of their wedding day plans and especially being apart of this very special day in their lives! Thank you to the Youngrens for the beautiful photos!

VIDEO: Carey + Steve

To say that Carey and Steve are one of our favorites would be an understatement! Absolutely LOVED them!! Such a kind and generous couple– and a family that backed that up! Carey and Steve married at the Park Hyatt Aviara back in November during Thanksgiving weekend. It was a wedding to DIE FOR! All the details details details…During the planning process, Carey was amazing to work with! She allowed all of her “Creative Team” work together to create an exquisite design! LaVonne from Adorations KILLED IT with the florals, matching perfectly Carey and Steve’s “Look” and “Feel”!  I personally loved the Chandelier Lampshade Centerpieces! WOW!:)The Custom, Seamless, slate-gray Dance floor with damask pattern decal that Platinum Pro created was GORGEOUS!! It matched perfectly to the Invitations that were designed by Wendy Ware and all of the other beautiful paper products that were featured through out the wedding. Here is the VIDEO from Jason Taylor Films showing you a quick overview of this fabulous wedding! I will be posting photos from Tim Otto in the near future! But enjoy this Sneak Peak!!:)

Beach Wedding ~ Fit for a Princess…

With the Royal Wedding on the horizon, we thought it would be perfect time to showcase our “Royal Wedding”. Yulia and Barry’s gorgeous seaside wedding the Hotel Del Coronado. Yulia was  a Russian princess, that had moved to the United States to find love. And that she did in Barry! We had 2 months to plan her dream wedding and make all the arrangements for her Russian family and friends to come experience an “American Wedding”! My job was set out for me, as Yuila warned me her father would be “picky” and has high expectations! (whew, was I nervous!) Our team delivered! And as you will see from the GORGEOUS photography by Bobby Earle, Yulia and Barry’s wedding was nothing short of Fabulous!

Bridal Veil by Justin M Couture

It was so lovely to be able to work with Yulia. When she hired me, she also contracted me as her personal Wedding Stylist for her special day. After taking her measurements and talking about the style that she loves, I found the perfect dress from Bliss Bride in Del Mar. This Ann Barge gown was so Romantic; with intricate lace detailing and a sweetheart neckline. Yulia was breathtaking!

Jewish Ceremony on the beach at the Hotel Del

Love this photo of Barry waiting for his Princess Bride to come!

I love the beauty and grace of this bride and groom as they marvel at each other and their surroundings. The traditions of Judaism, and the beauty of this ceremony made this one of my favorite ceremonies~ ever! Their love and honor for each other, their beliefs, their families and friends left not a dry eye in the audience that witnessed it.

The GORGEOUS Chuppah was constructed of sandblasted Manzanita Tree’s with gorgeous Phalaenopsis orchids cascading down and around the bride and groom as the exchanged their vows. The Tallit read (in English and Hebrew) “I am my Beloved’s and my Beloved is mine” ~ ani le-dodi, ve-dodi li.

Killer Shot by Bobby Earle!

Now thats a RING!!

One of my favorite shots of the day!

Practicing their first dance as Husband and Wife...

All the details that made up this wedding were perfection! Exquisite florals by Karen Tran. The bride was wanting fuse “organic” with “extraordinary” and “romantic”…but also wanting to please her Father, she wanted it to be fitting for the Grand Ballroom at the Hotel Del. The look was unique– but PERFECT for this bride and groom! And 0h-so-fab!

The details...

My favorite was the Custom Seamless White Dance floor provided by Platinum Pro, with the custom drawing and design by Wendy Ware. Amber lighting filled the Gorgeous crystal ballroom and illuminated the candle-lit tabletops. And now the REAL First dance:

First Dance on Custom Dance floor

Father Daughter Dance

Our entertainment was also KEY to this event! We had amazing vocalist Nick Palance accompanied by his mini-orchestra for dinner music! WOW! He gives me goosebumps every time! And then DJ Justin Kanoya brought the house down with all the latest and greatest!  The dance floor was ROCKN’! (see photos below!)

The Russians Can PARTY!!!

A Gorgeous Ending to a Perfect "ROYAL" Day!
